Role Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of textile machinery, utilities, and facility systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of textile production equipment, effective leadership, and a focus on minimizing downtime to ensure high-quality, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct maintenance staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for textile machinery such as opening, carding, spinning, dyeing, and finishing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to drive effective decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in electrical engineering preferred.
  • 5–6 years of maintenance experience in textile manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of textile production machinery.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

KRAIBURG TPE Corp. is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join its Product Development team. This role is a replacement position is critical to maintaining and further developing our technical capabilities, particularly in color formulation and new products for the automotive segment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) formulations, with a strong emphasis on color masterbatch technologies
  • Support automotive product development activities, including material customization to meet OEM and Tier-1 requirements
  • Participate in technical meetings with customers, providing formulation insight and material recommendations
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
  • Support internal formulation documentation, testing, and validation activities
  • Represent KRAIBURG TPE at technical conferences, industry events, and customer trials

Required Qualifications

  • ~5 years of experience working at a color masterbatch company within the plastics industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience with TPE formulation or general plastics formulation
  • Experience with color matching, pigment dispersion, and formulation troubleshooting

Maintenance Technician – Mechanical

Shift: 3rd – 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Must be willing and available to train on day shift, 60 to 90 days)

Rate Range: $32 to 34 per hour depending on experience

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Maintenance Technician-Mechanical, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility through your expertise in industrial mechanics and maintenance.

  • Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools, power tools and reassemble equipment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building system operate efficiently, or the physical condition of building does not deteriorate.
  • Effectively perform maintenance with the use of tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws drills, wrenches, precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices.
  • Repair and diagnose machinery with knowledge of computers and electronics, circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, computer hardware, applications, and programming.
  • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs, as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Two (2) year Technical School and or 2-5 years of on-the-job training
  • Be able to use welding -MIG, TIG, and stick, and use a plasma cutter.
  • Be able to read blueprint both US and German style.
  • Inspection and setup of Drives.
  • K-Tron scaling systems and KCM programming.
  • PPE training for Arc Flash training
  • Operating Vehicles, Mechanized devices, or equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and heavy lifting Hoists,
  • Excellent knowledge of technology, control software, (SAP, API-Pro, Word, Excel etc.)-or similar
  • Deadline and detail oriented
