Role Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of textile machinery, utilities, and facility systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of textile production equipment, effective leadership, and a focus on minimizing downtime to ensure high-quality, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct maintenance staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for textile machinery such as opening, carding, spinning, dyeing, and finishing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment to maintain product quality and reduce defects.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and equipment performance records.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement of critical supplies.

Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in electrical engineering preferred.
- 5–6 years of maintenance experience in textile manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of textile production machinery.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Amann USA is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, strong internal controls, timely reporting, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS, as well as applicable regulatory requirements. The Controller will partner closely with leadership to support sound financial decision-making and scalable financial operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly and year-end close processes.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Maintain and document accounting policies, procedures, and controls; ensure consistency and audit readiness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including variance analysis, and clearly communicate results to leadership.
• Support leadership with financial analysis related to forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor company budgets.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management activities, ensuring strong controls and timely processing.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and support short- and long-term liquidity planning.
• Manage banking relationships and daily treasury activities, including account maintenance and controls.
• Oversee payroll processing and related accounting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Own revenue recognition and ensure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and related reconciliations, as applicable.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and Amann Group policies.
• Guide and support staff and stakeholders in the proper application of internal controls.
• Coordinate the annual external audit and serve as the primary audit liaison.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and filing of all required tax returns, annual reports, and statutory filings, working with external advisors as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to tax, payroll, and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for company assets and coordinate renewals and documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff; set priorities and ensure high-quality execution.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR COMPANY
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership or senior accounting roles.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
